Cherry Mobile just announced the key specs of the upcoming Flare S7 Plus. It will be the flagship smartphone of the company for 2020.

The Cherry Mobile Flare S7 Plus will feature a premium-looking real 3D glass back design. It will also be the first Cherry phone with a notched 19:9 screen. It goes with a 6.2-inch Gorilla Glass 3 protected 2.5D IPS screen on the top. If you don’t like the notch, you can hide it in the display settings.

Under the hood, it is also pretty powerful. It will go with the 2.0GHz 64-bit Helio P60 octa-core processor with dual-core AI, Mali-G72 MP3 GPU, 4GB RAM, 64GB expandable via microSD card slot up to 256GB, and 3,050mAh w/ 5V/2A via USB Type-C and wireless charging support.
On the camera part, it will be the second smartphone of the company after the S6 Plus last year with a quad-camera setup. It will have a 16MP f/2.0 OV16885 sensor + 5MP camera w/ PDAF, AI and LED flash at the back and a 16MP f/2.0 sensor + IR camera w/ AI face beauty for selfies.
It will also have the FlareMoji animation which works like Apple’s Animoji. Since it has IR for selfies, it has also the IR face unlock too.
The rest of the specs include a fingerprint scanner at the back, 700MHz 4G LTE, and dual SIM slots.
