It is a subscription service that customers can purchase separately from the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C869 R printers that runs on “Pay-Per-Click” model per printer which allows customers to pay per page printed for each month.

The service reduces printing downtime with its premium on-call technical service that ensures continuous operations. This dedicated technical support team is guaranteed to respond within two-hours for solving on-site issues from 9AM to 4PM on Mondays to Saturdays except on National Holidays. This means that for calls after 4PM, on-site visit will be done on the following workday.

The subscription also includes free delivery of parts and consumables, remote troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, installation services and end-user training.

The EasyCare 360 is now currently only available to Metro Manila customers upon purchase of the WorkForce Pro WF-C869R units of printers.

The subscription service is not available for other printer models.
