OPPO has just made its newest flagship phone official, the Reno! It’s a phone with improved specs from the Find X last year.
As expected, OPPO Reno highlights a near bezel-less design with no notch, but with unusual shark fin-like pop-up camera setup. The pop-up camera part houses the selfie camera and flash front flash.
Key specs and highlights
OPPO Reno comes in two versions, the regular Reno and Reno 10x Zoom Edition. The standard Reno features a 6.4-inch OLED screen, In-Display fingerprint scanner, 10nm Snapdragon 710 octa-core processor, Adreno 616 GPU, 6GB/8GB RAM, 128GB/256GB storage, and VOOC 3.0 fast charging solution. The Reno has a secondary ultra-wide camera as well.
On the other hand, OPPO Reno 10x Zoom Edition features a bigger 6.6-inch OLED screen with In-Display fingerprint scanner and the flagship 7nm Snapdragon 855 octa-core processor and Adreno 640 GPU. It also comes with 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage, and VOOC 3.0 charging tech.
The higher-end Reno comes with triple cameras with a periscope lens to make the 10x lossless zoom possible.
Both comes with 4G LTE, NFC, and Android 9.0 Pie OS with ColorOS 6 out of the box.
