According to DxOMark, the new Samsung Galaxy Note9 now has the second highest rated mobile camera in the world.
A monster camera phone!
The Note9 features the same camera setup found on the Galaxy S9+. It include the 12MP (f/1.5/f/2.4) and 12MP f/2.4 telephoto lens with Dual Pixel autofocus and Dual OIS technology.

But, the Note9 got a higher total score of 103 points (107 photo and 94 video scores) versus the 99 points of the S9+. Most likely, Samsung fine-tuned the camera system of the S9+ for the Note9.
The 103 points scored by the latest flagship of Samsung is tied with the the total score of the U12+ by HTC. But, it has a slightly higher photo score of 107 points compared with the 106 points of the HTC device.
The photo and video scores of the Note9 is tied with the P20. But interestingly, the P20 has a slightly lower total score of 102 points.
The Huawei P20 Pro with a total of 109 points is still the undisputed king of DxOMark though.
According to DxOMark, the Note9 is one of the best performers in their mobile rankings.
