Amazon Canada has released their cutoffs calendar this morning, to let you know when you have to finish your shopping by, so items arrive on time, on items fulfilled by Amazon:

Amazon calendar cutoffs dates

  • Saturday, December 15 – Last day for Standard Shipping; FREE on qualifying orders for Prime members.
  • Saturday, December 22 – Last day for Prime FREE Two-Day Shipping on eligible items. No minimum order size.
  • Sunday, December 23 – Last day for Prime FREE One-Day Delivery to select cities. Cut-off times vary by city. Eligible orders of at least $25.
  • Monday, December 24 – Last day for Prime FREE Same-Day Delivery to Toronto and Vancouver; Eligible orders of at least $25. Ends at 9:30 a.m. local time or earlier. Available for shipments to Toronto and Vancouver on eligible items.
  • Tuesday, December 25 – Still need a last-minute gift? Email a gift card.

Again, given our experience lately, you may want to finish your shopping earlier than these dates, because of rotating Canada Post strikes. Packages delivered by Canada Post may be delayed, putting a wrinkle into your holiday shopping.
