Tesla has filed a lawsuit in opposition to the Ontario executive, alleging that it was once the topic of “unjustified concentrated on” when the province canceled its electrical automobile rebate program.
The electrical automotive producer filed the lawsuit with the Ontario Superior Court on Thursday. Tesla mentioned that the Ministry of Transportation excluded the electrical automotive maker from its transition plan after it ended the rebate program.
