Google has announced that it’s rolling out Morse code on Gboard for iOS starting today as well as improvements for Morse code on Gboard for Android. To teach users how they can type in Morse code, Google has created a^( for Android, iOS, and desktop that can help them learn it in less than one hour. The company says that it has worked closely with Tania on these updates to the keyboard.
Gboard for iOS now gets Morse code support as well. It replaces the keyboard’s letters with big dot and dash buttons. The keyboard also offers text suggestions that feature Morse code for a particular word.
The updates for Gboard for Android and iOS are rolling out today and will soon be readily available for download on both platforms.
